Accessibility Statement
Last Updated: July 7, 2026
Spectator Sport USA, operated by Spectator Blanket, LLC, is committed to ensuring that our website is accessible to people of all abilities. This statement describes the standard we hold ourselves to, the steps we take to meet it, the limitations we are still working through, and how you can reach us if something on our site gets in your way.
1. Our Commitment to Access
Spectator Sport USA, operated by Spectator Blanket, LLC, believes everyone should be able to browse, design, and order with us. We are committed to making our website and digital experiences usable for the widest possible audience, including people who rely on assistive technologies such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, keyboard navigation, and voice control.
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. As we add products, campaign tools, and design features, we work to build them in a way that keeps our site usable for everyone.
2. Conformance Target
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological differences.
We use WCAG 2.1 AA as the standard we design and test against, and we continue to review our pages as they change.
3. Measures We Take
To support accessibility across our site, we work to:
- Provide a skip-to-content link and a logical heading structure on each page
- Support keyboard navigation, with visible focus states on interactive elements
- Use descriptive alternate text for meaningful images
- Maintain sufficient color contrast between text and its background
- Label form fields and provide clear error messaging
- Build interactive components (menus, dialogs, and forms) with accessible markup
We consider accessibility as part of building and reviewing new features, not only as a one-time audit.
4. Known Limitations
We want to be honest about where we still have work to do. Some parts of our site may not yet fully meet our WCAG 2.1 AA target:
- A few older marketing pages and embedded media may have inconsistent alternate text or captions
- Some highly animated sections and the in-browser design studio can be difficult to operate by keyboard or screen reader alone
- Third-party tools and embedded content that we do not fully control may not always meet the same standard
We are actively working to identify and resolve these issues. If you run into a barrier that is not listed here, we want to hear about it.
5. Alternative Ways to Reach Us
If any part of our website prevents you from completing a task, such as designing a blanket, starting a campaign, or placing an order, please contact us and we will help you directly. We are glad to take orders, answer questions, and share product details by phone or email so that a website barrier never stands between you and the help you need.
6. How to Report an Issue
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of our website. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, or if you have a suggestion for how we can improve, please let us know and include the page address, the browser or assistive technology you were using, and a short description of the problem. We review reports and aim to respond promptly.
