Every Spectator Sport blanket is 60 inches by 80 inches (152 × 203 cm), large enough to fully cover an adult lying down, and the right footprint for bleachers, couches, dorm beds, and tailgates. We deliberately make one size: it keeps every order a full-bleed canvas with no compromise layouts, and it means the sample a school handles is exactly what fans receive.
The entire 60×80″ face is printable. There are no border panels, no stitched-on patches, and no seams interrupting the design: your mascot runs edge to edge.

Square corners, reinforced binding
Our blankets are finished with true square corners (not the rounded, clipped corners common on budget throws) so the printed design keeps its full rectangular canvas all the way to the edge.
The perimeter is finished with double-reinforced binding sewn to withstand decades of machine washing. Binding is the first failure point on cheap blankets: stitching unravels, the edge frays, and the blanket is done. Ours is engineered not to unravel, which is a large part of why we still see our blankets in active use 20+ years after purchase.

Weight
GSM, explained
GSM (grams per square meter) is the universal measure of how substantial a blanket feels. Higher GSM means a denser weave, more warmth, and a heavier drape. Most fundraiser-category blankets sit between 200 and 300 GSM.
Our line runs from 400 GSM (Lite Plus) through 560 (Ultra Plus), 600 (D-Luxe), and 640 (D-Luxe Plus) up to 1,060 GSM for the Swanky Blankey. In other words, our lightest tier is heavier than most competitors’ heaviest, and our top tier is roughly four times the weight of a typical promotional blanket. The difference is obvious the moment you pick one up.

Fabric
NubaySoft 2.0: microfiber, not fleece
NubaySoft 2.0 is our proprietary microfiber polyester, woven from 120 denier yarns in a fiber-locked, double-sided dye-bonded weave. It is not fleece. Fleece is a brushed knit that sheds, pills, and breaks down with washing; NubaySoft is engineered to do the opposite: it softens with each wash while the weave stays intact.
Fiber-locking means no loose strands on your couch, car seat, or clothing, ever. It is one of the first things schools mention after handling a sample.

Printing
Dye-sublimation: color inside the fiber
We print with full-bleed dye-sublimation. Under heat, the dye converts to gas and bonds into the polyester fibers themselves, sub-surface, at the molecular level. Screen printing and heat-transfer vinyl instead deposit a layer on top of the fabric, and that layer is what cracks, peels, and flakes after a season of washing.
A dye-sublimated print cannot crack or peel because there is no separate layer to fail. The color is as durable as the fabric, full-color with no per-color surcharges, and printed edge to edge across the 60×80″ face.

Washcare
How to wash it (it’s easy)
Machine wash cold, tumble dry low. That is the entire care routine: no delicate cycle, no air-dry-only, no special detergent. The color holds, the fibers do not shed, and the binding does not unravel.
Expect the blanket to get softer with every wash. We still routinely see blankets from 20+ years ago in active use at games and tailgates, which is the real-world test that matters.
